A nice couple of hours on the slalom kit. Started on a 6.4m and was planing fine - should have been on bigger but though it might pick up. Stopped for a rest and when I went out again it had dropped a little, so immediately changed to a 7.4m which was perfect.

Had some really fun runs "racing" with Charlie - first time I've really tried to push the speed of the Manta and get it just buzzing along on the fin. A lot of fun actually, but pretty tiring.

A really good afternoon in the sun, and only about six others out.
